Super Brain Yoga
What is Super Brain Yoga ?
The brain is one of the most important organs in our body and controls vital functions including thinking, learning, creativity, the five senses, memory, emotion, problem, solving, and decision making amongst others. Also, different parts of the brain have different functions. For example, the left-brain is more logical while the right-brain is more creative. However due to several reasons we do not utilise the brain to its capacity. An ancient technique of improvised and called Superbrain Yoga is a simple and effective technique to energize and recharge the brain. It is based on the principles of subtle energy and ear acupuncture. This powerful technique is explained in Master Choa Kok Sui’s book Superbrain Yoga. This exercise takes less than 60 seconds a day to perform. However, for best results ,consistency and the proper technique needs to be followed:

• Correct Hand and Finger Positioning
• Right Posture
• Correct Breathing
• Practiced Daily by all age Groups
