What is Super Brain Yoga ?
The brain is one of the most important organs in our body, controlling vital functions such as thinking, learning, creativity, memory, emotions, problem-solving, decision-making, and the five senses. Different parts of the brain serve different purposes—for example, the left brain is logical, while the right brain is more creative. Yet, for various reasons, we often do not use the brain to its full potential.
Super Brain Yoga is an ancient and simple technique designed to energize and recharge the brain. Based on the principles of subtle energy and ear acupuncture, this powerful exercise is explained in Master Choa Kok Sui’s book, Superbrain Yoga. It takes less than 60 seconds a day to perform, but consistency and proper technique are key to achieving the best results.
